OUR COACHES
Coach Alex
Head coaching 18E1 and 15E1 for the 2025-2026 season.
Coach Alex was born and raised near Atlanta, Georgia. She played for ten years as a setter. She attended and played on the volleyball team at Walton High School and she also played club volleyball at North Atlanta Volleyball Club. She has a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. She is also currently coaching high school varsity volleyball in the fall and works full time at M2 doings clinics, camps, and privates all year round.

Coaching became her passion when she was injured in high school, needed surgery, and could no longer play competitively. She started by coaching elementary and middle school recreational volleyball. This gave her a way to stay in the sport that she loves and pass her passion on to those interested in playing and learning. She soon found that she felt most at peace when she was coaching and has decided that she wanted to coach long-term at a more competitive level.

Her coaching philosophy involves coaching the player as a whole: physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her goal is to encourage and uplift her players while also pushing them to be their best on and off the court. She is thrilled to be with M2 and cannot wait for many more seasons to come!

Coach Madi

Head coaching 12E1 for the 2025-2026 season.

She first discovered volleyball in middle school and was drawn in by the competitive edge and the excitement through the teams. She went on to play as a right side at North Cobb High School and club seasons developing a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and game IQ.

Her coaching journey officially began after spending the past year assisting and learning under Coach Manuella, whose mentorship helped shape her perspective and passion for coaching. During that time, Madi absorbed everything she could—from drills and strategies to player relationships and team culture. That experience solidified her desire to become a long-term coach and inspired her to pour into the next generation of athletes the same way the sport once poured into her.

Madi believes in coaching the whole athlete—physically, mentally, and emotionally. She values fundamentals, confidence-building, and cultivating a space where players feel supported and pushed to grow. Her coaching style reflects her belief that progress, effort, and love for the game matter just as much as results. As she steps into this new season of coaching, Madi is excited to continue growing, learning, and making an impact—one practice and one player at a time.
